Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce – Women Moving Forward

On Thursday night, September 24, the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce (GHWCC) held their Women Moving Forward VIP event at Momentum AudiSTP Images sent Haley Webster to photograph this VIP event, which was a pre-celebration for the Women Moving Forward luncheon to be held at Minute Maid Park’s Union Lobby on October 1, 2009.  The guest speaker at the luncheon will be Pam Gardner, President of the Houston Astros.  You can get more information about this event or purchase tickets by clicking this link.  The luncheon will be a unique celebratory event of Houston Professional Women highlighted by a luncheon and styleshow featuring fashions from M Penner modeled by some of Houston’s top producing Realtors ®. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Houston Community College Scholarship Foundation.

The Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce is a fairly new organization and is already running at full stride.  Amazing things have occurred during their first year.  The group has blossomed into a thriving Chamber of Commerce with over three hundred twenty five member businesses.  GHWCC has taken major steps towards advancing and empowering Houston women through numerous avenues – from leadership to education to advocacy and mentoring.  The Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit business organization of highly influential and diverse women and men dedicated to the advancement and empowerment of women.  Support the GHWCC if you can.
